General dentistry

This was an emergency appointment. I phoned on Monday and was seen early on Tuesday morning. I had a thorough examination and my mind was put at rest.

My dentist was helpful and sympathetic and dealt rapidly and efficiently with my problems. And gave me an additional injection when I expressed discomfort.

everything was ready, my denture was modified and returned within one day. Clinician had to make minor adjustments and I was happy as denture was no longer loose, having lost a filling with a bit of tooth attached

Adam listened to my concerns, and conducted the examination within my window of tolerance. He provided the treatment options in a way I could process, and answered all my questions at the time. The appointment was not rushed, and I felt heard. He respected my decision to take time to consider my options, and answered follow up questions, promptly, by email. I am an anxious patient, I dislike attending the dentist and find undergoing treatment extremely challenging. Adam understands and respects this and works with me around it.
