The receptionist was very welcoming. Blanca the hygienist was very professional and gentle in her treatment and explained carefully what she was doing and offered advice for continuing my oral hygiene. Susan was, as usual, warm, welcoming and very professional in her approach. She was very careful in her explanation of what she had found during my check-up and clearly advised the options for my future treatment (a filling).

Very impressed as a new patient with my experience so far.

Adam was very attentive and after X-ray and discussing the options it was agreed extraction was the best option for me, which was then carried out without having to come back.

I was fitted in extremely quickly as an urgent appointment (within the hour), and given options other than extraction, but after discussion decided that extraction was the best option. The extraction itself was totally painless and incredibly quick. The dentist (Tara) and nurse were both really kind and sympathetic, especially as I was quite emotional. I am now pain free and very happy with the advice given and action taken.
