I always feel welcomed when l arrived and put at ease while waiting for my appointment. Anna is great, asks lots about my dental care and how l can improve it. Adam & Jane always greet me warmly and listen to any news concerns l have. I never feel rushed or under valued as a patient.

It was an urgent appointment and I was fitted in but might ave to wait! I arrived at 8.45 and to my surprise was seen immediately by a really lovely lady!!

I have not been to the dentist for about or nearly 20 years. I was afraid of the discomfort and sensory overwhelm. Recently I've been experiencing some sensitivity and some recedeing gum line so I booked in with this clinic. The dentist who did my initial assessment was so efficient (i.e. no discomfort was prolonged) and kind, patient and gentle. I then went to the Hygenist. Again, she was efficient and kind, patient and gentle. She also taught me a way to floss that I didn't know about, and I now look after my teeth better as a result. It has been such a positive experience that I will be going back for some preventative work and will be seeing the hygenist more regularly.
